Employee: "What's the right way to use AI?"

Elon: "Most people use it wrong."

Employee: "Huh?"

Elon: "You ask a question, read the answer, and that's it, right?"

Employee: "Isn't that how it's normally done?"

Elon: "That's wasting it."

Employee: "So what do you have to do?"

Elon: "Give the AI 50 subordinates."

Employee: "What? hahaha"

Elon: "First, an AI Chief of Staff plans the day."

Employee: "Okay."

Elon: "Then, an AI project manager assigns the work."

Employee: "I see."

Elon: "And more than 50 AI agents do the work."

Employee: "50?! hahaha"

Elon: "And on top of that, they can work 24 hours a day."

Employee: "But isn't that like a human company?"

Elon: "Exactly. AI manages AI."

Employee: "So what do humans do then?"

Elon: "They set the goals and make the important decisions."

Employee: "……"

Until now, AI was a human asking a question and getting an answer.

But with AI agents, you can divide the work, distribute it among multiple AIs, and even set up a system to review the results.

Of course, human supervision and quality control are still needed.

Even so, we've moved from the era where AI was just a simple assistant to the era where you direct an entire team of AIs.

From now on, those who know how to delegate work to AI will earn more than those who know how to use it.
